I. Description

Membership to the Site is subject to the acceptance of the conditions stated below. The use of the Site signifies your acceptance of these terms. REN reserves the right to change the services, products, ideas, and artworks offered within the scope of the Site and its extension, including the Terms of Use, without prior notice or warning, to stop the Site publication, to completely stop the Site publication, and to reorganize the Site to the fullest extent. II. Service Content

The service provided by REN through the Site is the delivery of products available for sale on the REN online shop site; after the payment is made by the member, within the promised period, the delivery of the goods to the customer by the cargo company, provided that REN's stock status is appropriate and the product is free from defects and damage.

III. General Terms and Conditions

REN continuously checks the accuracy and currency of the information available on the Site. However, Users and Members should be aware that this information may not always be up to date.

REN reserves the right to cancel membership without giving any reason.

All intellectual property rights of the Site (information, writings, images, trademarks, slogans, and other signs, page layout, etc.) belong exclusively to REN. Members are responsible for using their credit cards securely. REN is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from breach of contract, tort, or any other reason.

REN may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, in whole or in part. The transfer of the contract by the User or Member is null and void.

REN may, at its discretion, remove the Site from publication or change its content entirely, based on force majeure or entirely at its discretion.

Users and Members are obliged to act in accordance with general morality and decency, all national and international laws and regulations in force, and communication and internet security when using the Site. Any expression, comment, writing, image, visual, and any other information and document to be added to the Site by Users must comply with general morality and decency and relevant national and international legislation in terms of content and form.

Any action or transaction that may cause harm to the software and hardware systems of the Site, adversely affect its operation, or cause it to slow down is prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, making multiple queries or opening membership records using automatic programs or software, or sending multiple requests or information to the Site through automatic methods.
