A.Ş. the data controller under the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, we will record, classify, process, store, update, and, where permitted by law, transfer the personal data of our customers and employees. With this information text, we inform you about our mutual rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

1- Your Personal Data and Processing Purposes

Your personal information, such as visiting our website, shopping from our stores, sharing via phone or email correspondences, and visiting our workplace, is collected from sources such as these. Your data, such as identity information (name, surname, ID number, gender, date of birth), communication data (email address, address and phone information, IP address), data related to the products purchased within the scope of REN's activities, visual and auditory data, will be processed within the framework of the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law, for the performance of the contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, and within the scope of legitimate interests.

Additionally, personal data such as location data, education data, profession data, clothing data, vehicle plate and image characteristics, family member data, personal data expressing your usage habits, preferences, tastes, and preferences regarding any products and services offered by REN will be processed with your consent for various reports, analyses, and studies, as long as they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

2- Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

In order to smoothly benefit from our products and services offered under our company REN and other brands, to improve our product diversity according to your preferences, to provide a service with the principle of "the best product" by providing personal marketing services based on the information obtained, to analyze your personal shopping habits through automatic systems, and to be used by group companies, business partners, suppliers, and service providers for various purposes such as customer services, consumer rights, and other possibilities, your personal data will be processed within the scope of legally legitimate interests or mandatory requirements.

- Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of the transaction made to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data processed in accordance with the law, although it has been processed in accordance with the law, if the reasons requiring their processing have been removed, and to request notification of the transaction made to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

- Object to the occurrence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,

- Request the compensation of damages in case of suffering damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
