Payment Options

At renhome.com, you can make payments for your purchases using various options:

• Bank Transfer or EFT
• Single Payment or Installments with Your Credit Card

Payment via Bank Transfer or EFT

During the checkout process, you can choose the "Bank Transfer/EFT" option under the Payment Method section. In the next step, the bank account number (IBAN) for making the transfer or EFT will be displayed. After completing and confirming your order, you can proceed to make the payment via transfer or EFT to this account number. Once your payment is confirmed, the processing and shipping of your order will commence.

Payment by Credit Card

During the checkout process, you can select the "Payment by Credit Card" option under the Payment Method section. At this stage, a form requesting your card details will be displayed. For all credit cards, there is an option for a single payment. Additionally, in the "Credit Card Campaigns" section, the available installment options for the current promotions will be listed. After entering your card number, installment options corresponding to these campaigns will be displayed. If you do not see any installment options after entering your card number despite being advertised in the campaign section, please contact Customer Service.

The payment process is subject to approval by your bank. Once the payment information is confirmed by your bank, the processing and shipping of your order will commence.

Your card details are not stored in our system after receiving approval or rejection from your bank. Therefore, you will need to enter your card details again for each purchase.
