Return and Exchange Conditions

• For purchases made from renhome.com, you can only submit return and exchange requests through renhome.com. Returns and exchanges cannot be requested from Ren stores for these products. Similarly, return and exchange requests for purchases made from Ren stores are managed by the stores. Return and exchange requests cannot be made on renhome.com for products purchased from stores. All conditions expressed on this page are valid for purchases made through renhome.com.
• In accordance with the relevant legal regulations, you can return your products within 14 days after receiving them without any reason. However, for purchases made through renhome.com, this period is extended to 30 calendar days for you.
• The purchased product must be unused, undamaged, if packaged, the package must be undamaged, if it has accessories, the product must be returned with all accessories without any missing parts, and it must be in a resalable condition.
• When shipping the product to be returned to us, it is mandatory to send the invoice issued in your name along with the product to us. Returns or exchanges of products without an invoice will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Innerwear products, cufflinks, socks, shoes, wallets, and similar products can only be returned if they are unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.
• After the return process is initiated for the product under the specified conditions and reaches us, the compliance of the return will be checked. For returns found to be compliant after the check, the return process will be completed within 2 business days in accordance with the payment method. In credit card payments, the product amount will be refunded to your account within 1-10 days depending on your bank.
• The legal requirements regarding returns and exchanges due to a defect in the product apply. You will be informed about the matter after the product is examined.
• When your orders are delivered to you, make sure to open the package in the presence of the courier to check for any damages. If there is any damage, do not accept the product and ask the courier to draw up a report.
